IEEE WCNC'17 Technical Session Presenter Information

Technical session talk times are 20 minutes including questions and transitions. Session chairs will ensure that all presentations end on time. All technical sessions take place on the Pacific Concourse Level of the Hyatt Regency. The room location and talk times for each talk are posted on the technical program website (posted here) and on the conference app. Presentation slides should be uploaded to the laptop in the session room prior to the beginning of the session from USB drives and the presenter should inform the session chair of their presence prior to the session as well. Due to the tight schedule, please note that speakers are discouraged from using their own laptop. If they wish to do so, any delay in time will be at the expense of the speaker's time slot.  Only Power Point presentations (.ppt or .pptx) and Adobe Acrobat files (.pdf) will be accepted, as the available software on the laptops in the session rooms includes Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader. The presenter is responsible for knowing how to use the software for their file format; a speaker ready room will be available for practice. A computer, projector, laser pointer, slide advancer, and microphone will be available. Audio Visual Technicians will be available to provide technical support.

IEEE WCNC2017 Author Information

IEEE and IEEE COMMUNICATIONS SOCIETY POLICIES

To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, ComSoc prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2017 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE WCNC 2017 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
