AUTHORS OF TECHNICAL PAPERS

To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2017 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Main Conference Authors must register by: January 20, 2017

WORKSHOP AUTHORS

To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2017 Workshop Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted workshop paper is required to register for the workshop in which their paper appears at the appropriate rate listed below.  The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the IEEE WCNC TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted workshop papers, one workshop registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Accepted and presented workshop papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.  If an author also has an accepted paper in the main conference, the author must register for both the conference and the workshop.

Workshop Authors must register by: January 20, 2017.



Full Registration Includes: access to all IEEE WCNC 2017 technical sessions (Monday – Wednesday), exhibits, Startup City, posters, demos, complimentary access to Sunday Tutorials, morning coffee and mid-morning/mid-afternoon coffee breaks (Monday - Wednesday), lunch (Monday – Wednesday), Welcome Reception (Sunday), Conference Banquet at McCormick & Kuleto’s (Tuesday), and USB stick of the proceedings.

Limited, Student, and Life Member Registrations Include: access to all IEEE WCNC 2017 technical sessions (Monday - Wednesday), exhibits, Startup City, posters, demos, complimentary access to Sunday Tutorials, morning coffee and mid-morning/mid-afternoon coffee breaks (Monday - Wednesday), lunch (Monday – Wednesday), Welcome Reception (Sunday), and USB stick of the proceedings.

One Day Registration includes: access to all IEEE WCNC 2017 technical sessions, exhibits, Startup City, posters, demos, on the day selected, morning coffee, mid-morning/mid-afternoon coffee breaks, and lunch on the day selected, and USB stick of the proceedings.

Industry Programming Registrations include: access to plenary talks, panels, industry forum talks, student posters/demos, industry posters/demos, exhibits, Startup City, morning coffee and mid-morning/mid-afternoon coffee breaks (Monday - Wednesday),lunch (Monday - Wednesday), and Welcome Reception (Sunday).

Student Events Only (Monday) Registration includes: access to Student Poster and Demo Session, Mentoring Event, Recruiting Event, morning coffee, mid-morning/mid-afternoon coffee breaks, and lunch.  

Tutorial or Workshop Only: access to the session(s) selected.  Tutorial notes will be provided via electronic download and workshop proceedings will be provided on a USB stick.
